Add optional conversion of file name to entity label (e.g., node title)

Problem/Motivation

The default token used for titles on generated content - [file:name] - is useful but would often be improved through some basic conversion, e.g., a more appropriate title for

pink-house.jpg

would be

Pink house

Proposed resolution

• Add a configuration option (checkbox) to convert titles.
• If the setting is enabled, drop extension, replace _ and - with space, and convert to sentence case.
