Modules need updates [#1679170]

On the default /admin/reports/updates page there are a few projects that show up as bad:

We'll now pull from the latest release of Quant and Freelinking.

We can disregard the message about the Commons feature modules being in dev.

I specified the most recent commit of Views_content_cache that has enhanced cache keying functionality. If we continue to use that module in Commons 7.x we should work to make sure it has an updated official release.

The plan for tidy_node_links is for it to continue as a sandbox before being retired for 7.x.

Unfortunately views_content_cache's latest release is from 2010 despite the most recent commit having happened in 2010. I volunteered to help by making a new release at #1677130: Create 6.x-2.3 Release. Until that's resolved Commons sites will report that the module is on an unsupported version.
