Had a go at using this module today but the 'use credit' button does not seem to work.
On further investigation it seems the form item needs a '#limit_validation_errors', but after doing this the callback function does not seem to get the value input into the text field.

Also. There are multiple divs with the id of 'cup-available-credit-div'. ids should be unique.

Should be fixed in latest dev, which has had a fairly substantial reworking. The UI has changed, and the buttons and links in the checkout pane now submi via ajax.
