When you have a lot of Views displays in a single view, the "Edit Details" selector covers the last in the row. See the attached screenshot.

I'm nearly 100% sure that there is another issue about the same problem which solves this with some additional css, though i simply can't find the other one :(

Yup, but this additional css should be in Views, hence the bug report :) Please mark as a dupe if you find the other.
