Two problems when viewing table list as checkboxes, on the Advanced Database db options page:

PROBLEM #1: Table names are truncated -- especially the lengthy field table names. * [screenshot attached]
(In my case, I was going to exclude the "revision" field tables, but could not differentiate them from the main counterparts.)

SOLUTION: Show fewer columns across -- err on the side of lowest-common denominator

NOTE: I realize that this could be fixed by custom CSS; but for the non-techy user, this might not be an option.

PROBLEM #2: Once user clicks "view as checkboxes", there is no option to revert back to select form field type -- even with page refresh.

SOLUTION: Link toggle (?)

* I am using a fixed width theme for admin (front-end theme). Screen res 1024x768 (still common).

Fabulous module! Thank you for this, and keep up the good work.

P.S. -- I know that styling checkboxes in columns, using CSS, is a PITA. I would not be offended at all with a single column of checkboxes, no matter how much scrolling. In fact, UI/UX studies have suggested this is more readable (/scannable) for users. So, in any case, at least a couple fewer columns, please.
