Removing existing taxonomy when moved to new vocabulary

i like this module alot. i need small help. i have two vocabularies called "OPEN" and "CLOSED".
and i added "OPEN" vocabulary with autocomplete options to a content type called EVENT. "OPEN" vocabulary contains some event ids and it should autopopulate this terms white creating event. after ending that event i want to move these terms to "CLOSED" vocabulary. i have done this. but it is not deleting terms from "OPEN" vocabulary.
isn't it delete terms automatically when we move to different vocabulary?
