Viewport is required for responsive design

Fixed in dev version.

Thanks for reporting this. I'd put it in on some dev version and never committed the change. Now fixed along with favicon and default apple-touch icons.

Please test and reply. If it fixes your issue without creating any new problems, I'll roll a release.
