There are some themes (Garland) that use a CSS list-style-image option to include images for item lists. This is fine for normal item lists, but has trouble when applied to the IPE. There is already CSS to remove any list-style-type and this just adds an option for list-style-image to be none. See attached issue for the problem and the patch for the solution.
