Create Content Block is not available

I think this issue is not duplicate. The other issue is about "enabled block is not displayed in particular pages". But this issue is about "there is no create content block in the blocks page." which is also the case for me. I dont see any create content block.

I think the name of the "create content block" is: Node content links, which is a little confusing.

Agreed - "Node content links" is confusing, but that's the one you're looking for. Once you enable that block, if you still don't see it on group pages, you'll probably need to check out the issue thread referenced above to get full resolution. Basically, you need to:

1. Install and enable entityreference_prepopulate
2. Check the 'Enable Entity reference prepopulate' setting of the 'og_group_ref' field for each content type you'd like to appear in the block.

"Install and enable entityreference_prepopulate" doesn't work.

Can you verify that this is still an issue please. When using the latest release of the OG module. That release contains a patch that removes the dependency on entity reference prepopulate.

Assuming those feature requests are logged in their own issues I'm going to go ahead and close this one. Feel free to create issues for any new features as you see fit.

clean install is OK.
I think it's because of updating.
