I have a view with comments.
comments have a field of type file
after submitting a file in a comment form i can't delete this.
(If i have one form or upload the file in the first form run correctly, but if i have more than one form and upload file in other form then a bug occurs)

steps to reproduce the bug:
add file field to comment article.
create page view of content article with comments
add several article.
go to page view
upload a file in one article (no the first) without submit form.

Views is a contributed module. Are you able to reproduce this bug with only core modules?

Yes,
I render several comment form without views and the bug occurs.

Unable to reproduce the error. If this is still a problem in the latest version then please re-open the issue with step-by-step instructions about how to recreate it.
