The property Center when located property seems to be ignored within the Geolocate Client behavior. When set to No, the map still seems to force center to browser location as the property were set to Yes.

The behavior I would like to reproduce is my map to be centered to my custom layers and have a blue point (a la Google Maps way) showing user's location.
