Title pretty much sums it up. I have "Display Footer Twitter & Quick Contact Section" checked, and it is set to visible, but the contact form is not displaying. Issue persists if hidden is selected instead of visible. However, "Display Latest Tweet" is showing up just fine. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I do have an email address entered for the form. This is on a nearly clean install of Drupal 7.15.

It needs to be configured the anonymous user need to be given the permission to "Use the site-wide contact form" at:admin/people/permissions and the block this module creates needs to be added to the "Footer action" region at: admin/structure/block.
