Ability for users to submit another webform with most of the same information

I am using webform to create a liability waiver for my rock climbing gym. When parents fill out waivers for their kids, they have to keep filling out the same info (address, emergency contact, etc). Is there a way to have them click a button that says "fill out another waiver for some one else in the family" and for it to have all of the same info they just filled out already on it except for maybe the name and date of birth for whom they are filling it out for?

If someone could help me that would be awesome.
