Slideshow for core activities [#1715536]

Include large and small slideshows for core activities, as they have been implemented for example in Eugene. For the Incubator, we need to consider the following:

support images that are tall or wide, similar to the image galleries
support placement in content or sidebar blocks
support two or three column layouts
support mobile display

This is done; however, it requires some manual setup. Here are the steps:

For each one of the core activities: first click the link to view the summary page, then click the "edit" tab right above the title, then upload an image using the "Select media" button at the bottom of the form, then click "Save".
At Configuration -> Front page, enable slideshows.
You may need to clear the cache by hovering over the picture of a house in the top left corner of the screen, then click on "Flush all caches".
Go to Structure -> Blocks, find the block named "Core Activities : Slideshow (large)" and move it to the "Content" region.

I'm going to leave this issue active until we can get a better workflow for enabling this.
