Purl / OG integration faulty

The last loads but then these two error messages are visible:
Notice: Undefined index: alias in purl_url_outbound_alter() (line 298 of /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/ulmus/profiles/ulmus/modules/contrib/purl/purl.module).
Notice: in outline_designer_outline_designer_ops_js() (line 78 of /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/ulmus/sites/all/modules/outline_designer/outline_designer.module).

Most likely the properties for purl's function have changed and need upgraded. The outline designer loads but then the only operations that work are rename, view, and edit.
