splash 6.x-2.9

This update to the Splash module makes it so page caching can be enabled for the site and the Splash page won't appear on every page load.

Note, this disables page caching for the homepage (a necessary evil because we need to know if the user has already seen the splash screen). However, it allows every other page on the site to be cached.

Will require you to visit admin/build/modules and hit the save button. This is because this update adds an implementation of hook_boot() to do this magic which requires this trick to force that hook to be called. See: http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/developer%21hooks%21core.php/function/h...
