Testing for blogs

Blog module requires at least the following:

Content Creation and Visibility

blogger can create blog
editor can create, edit and delete blog
anonymous can access blog
anonymous can see blog on the blog page
anonymous can see blog posts on the home page

Install / Uninstall logic

disabling blog module after creation of blog content does not delete blog content or roles...
...but disallows blogger posting blog content
re-enabling blog module restores blogger ability to post blog content
disabling blog module when no blog content exists deletes blog content type
disabling and uninstalling blog module deletes blogger role
