When this module is enabled, users on my website are redirected away from my website to another site that looks very similar to mine, but is missing some things. This is very hard to explain, but it's almost as if this module caused the name resolution for my site to resolve to a different IP address. When I investigate this matter with my hosting provider, they confirmed that something was redirecting visitors to my site. As soon as I deactivated the module, the issue stopped.
I have visited Envolve's website several times, but have never received support for any issues with the software. Among my other issues are the fact that settings I apply on the administrator interface don't apply. I have tried unsuccessfully several times to prevent users from creating chats. I have tried as many times to get support for that issue.
This is the first time I have every posted a complaint or issue with a module, and I hope that my style here isn't out of line with the Drupal community as a whole.
I would not recommend this module at all. As difficult as it is, and as many bugs as it seems to have, the lack of support is the biggest problem of all.

And who are the mystery users all of the time? As soon as I activated the module, I noticed there are phantom users in my chat. Who are they and what are they doing? Redirecting my site, maybe?
