I got drupal kinda working on "normal" webspace and not localhost. (with help of phpmyadmin)

I really love the concept of drupal and would love to see it more user-friendly!

I've been generally pleased with the user friendliness of drupal. Especially with the release in CVS. While I haven't tried it, take a look at the new installation method.

well, similar to b2's install script. ( www.cafelog.com )
or yabbse's installer ( www.yabb.org i think)

all you need is make the mysql database and, launch the installer, and thats it.

a clearer readme.txt wouldnt be bad. step-to-step n00b-help.
