In #1722876: Add Fusion responsive support we added responsive support, but in doing so broke some existing layout.

Prior to that update, Granada was set to use a 16 column 960px width with a second sidebar defaulted to 5 columns. The responsive settings however reset the overall width to 12 columns at 1200px with a desktop second sidebar default of 3 columns.

As an interim measure, to restore the previous settings, need to set the desktop responsive settings to mirror those used previously.

In future we can look at modifications to the theme that would be required to support a desktop default of 1200px width.
