If the libraries module isn't enabled before filemaker, even though it's listed as a dependancy, as long as the module is present (not enabled) there's no error thrown if libraries isn't enabled.

Not an issue in the Drupal 7 version, and the Drupal 6 version is not likely to receive major updates. Closing issue.
