Better error message when a field is set to value list but the value list is not present.

If you add a field to a layout and use checkboxes for example, you get a php foreach error. Need to help pinpoint the problem field better with a nice error message to the user. We should also check if the array is empty before trying to loop through it (around line 2105 in .module file).
