Select all/none on default list would be really helpful. I have a long list so checkboxes will not work. It is not intuitive for many people to have to control click to deslect and option if they want to view all. Would it be possible to add all/none for the d7 version of BEF? Thank you!!

Issue queue cleanup... My apologies for taking so long to address this issue!

Agreed, long lists of checkboxes don't work well. Especially on small screens! But this would be easy enough to implement in a site's theme code and I'd rather not add the additional complexity to BEF. Sorry.
