The current readme and install files do not contain any content. The install file should be removed in favour of a short section in the readme as Twitter Block does not require a significant amount of installation help.

Hi, is there a tutorial on how to install this please?
Sorry, noob here..
I have uploaded it to my modules folder but am unable to see it in my admin block panel.
I have tried to install it as a zip file as new block and still cannot see it in blocks..

There is no instructions in the folder.
