It would be nice to have an alias for the 'drush omega-subtheme' command :) I propose 'drush oms'.

Thanks for the idea. This is also part of the Omega 4.x theme now. I do not plan to add it to Omega Tools anymore for that reason. I hope that we can soon leverage Omega 4.x fully and deprecate 3.x as soon as we got all the documentation in place and the remaining 3.x features have been ported to 4.x.
