500 Internal Server Errors on other modules; common factor seems to be Cookie Control

Hi

This is a great module and has enabled our site to comply with EU law; however I'm now getting 500 errors with two other modules, Panels and Mimemail, and the common factor (as you'll see below) seems to be Cookie Control. These errors persist even when Cookie Control is disabled and uninstalled.
