Release notes

- Updated to latest releases of CTools, JSON2, and Panels to address security vulnerabilities.
- Newer and much more lovelier WYSIWYG toolbar! Works well in mobile.
- Brand spanking new feature: mobile previews! Layout module now exposes breakpoints on the front end and allows you to preview your site content at 320px, 720px, etc. This is totally, utterly NOT ready yet but shows the basic ideas around our thinking.
- Added new project Mobile friendly navigation toolbar which is totally, utterly NOT ready yet but shows the basic idea around our mobile administration strategy.
- Probably other stuff. WHEEE DRUPALCON!
