Page access restrictions Parsererror

using Views 7.x-3.4

I have tried domain views 1.4 and 1.x-dev both cause the same thing.

I am attempting to restrict access to the view based on a domain. So I chose domain as the access restriction, then a moment later this error appears. see attached screen capture.
