On both ECAT and The People's Channel, I had to switch the Image display in the View from using the cm_slideshow_mobile formatter to the cm_slideshow_normal.

This is fixed with http://drupalcode.org/project/cm_slideshow.git/commit/ce15242. Now Picture is used. It's important that the breakpoints in admin/config/media/breakpoints/groups/cm_theme_zen are ordered from large to small. Existing sites may have to change this manually, although new installations of cm_theme has this order by default.

I just also realized that cm_slideshow depends on the breakpoints created by cm_theme...
