Errors caused by tile servers [#1764476]

Here is a patch to fix previews not working and OSM/mapquest problems. This is based on the tile servers here:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Slippy_map_tilenames#Tile_servers

I removed the tiles@home layer as it is deprecated.

I just upgraded to the 8/28/12 release of OL 7.x-2.x-dev.

I'm not seeing tiles in any type of Base Layer, not just MapQuest OSM.
I don't even see them when using the OpenLayers library in sites/all/libraries.

Does the patch work? It failed the testing. I haven't tried the patch yet.

Yes it does work. None of the changes I made failed testing, it is stuff that was already in there that failed. If you open the patch you will see all I have done is put in the correct tile URLs and remove the deprecated tiles@home.

I changed URLs of Mapquest map tiles according to the patch and it seems, that loading has improved. Previously, I experienced, that couple of times tiles didn't load when moving around, zooming, etc. So I think, this can be changed to RTBC.
