I selected "Responsive layout" for a panel but see no builder or something. How it is supposed to use it at all?

For those starting with Layout.
If after selecting "Responsive layout" you don't get anything in Variant/Content page, check for JS errors in browser console. I had issues with jQuery Update, and after I upgraded to latest dev and jQuery 1.7 js errors gone.

This is how panel variant content page looks:

Atm you can't add content here, but you can use IPE for that: go to Panel's General page and select "In-Place Editor". Now you can add content (panes) to regions right from where your page is displayed.

Also I was experiencing WSODs right after enabling Layout module. The reason was missing Libraries API 2.x module. Also Libraries should be added to dependencies array in layout.info.

So, you can't add content from this interface? Will this option be available at some point?

Libraries installed, jquery set to 1.7 (coming from 1.9), menus rebuilt caches cleared, still no show. This looks so incredible, but so far bummer :-)
