Problem/Motivation
This is a follow up to #1739928: Generalize language configuration on content types to apply to terms and other entities. A mechanism is needed to allow custom default values to be added to the Language Config element.

The question remains open: what's the best way to implement this functionality?

penyaskitoOutdated. Now you can edit language defaults on entity types, or there are mechanisms around that.
