The shell scripts have been moved into a sub-directory; however, they assume they're still in the root directory. This breaks things.

Thanks Emma! I had to do a little fiddling with it to get it to work right, and made a couple extra commits before I realized I could just tweak the script to test it without having to commit to drupal.org to use that version…if that makes sense.
