drop jobs features

Thanks for your input. I personally disagree and don't really think its a big deal. Refactoring at this point means completely breaking any existing sites and an upgrade path I don't want to think about.
If this proves to be something that a significant number of other people are worried about I'll consider changing it.

On second thought, I can see why the "features" nomenclature could be problematic. As far as the upgrade path goes, I did promise no upgrade paths for between unstable versions so this should be fine.

The directory has been changed to "custom" in the latest dev release.
