I get the following error when viewing the mailing list signup form:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in mailchimp_lists_auth_newsletter_form() (line 493 of mailchimp/modules/mailchimp_lists/mailchimp_lists.module).

Attached patch fixes it.
