When using the reset button on a Commerce Kickstart install, the platform on a BOA box is broken as after hitting the reset button the site tries to go to install.php which is not allowed on Aegir. So now your current site does not work anymore, but it is also not possible to create new sites on the platform.
BOA has an exception, rtoc.php, where it should be possible to do a batch uninstall job instead of running the install.php profile again.

mglamanIn regards to #2, it purges all tables. It's a nice way of dropping all tables.
Postponing this, as the issue here should be preventing the "reset" feature when acting as an Aegir platform. Which means BOA and others should pull their project altering magic into this. Nothing the profile itself can do about this.

mglamanMarking as won't fix. If you're using Aegir, spin up a new site on the platform.
