"Allowed file extensions" not used when new file field added to a content type, defaults to txt only

Hi there,

I am closing this issue because it is a dupe. Many similar issues can be found in the queue and I know for sure that I already raised this issue in one of them. Sadly I cannot find the friggin' thing at the moment. Perhaps it was moved to file entity? Have you looked over there for this problem?
