Hi Everybody!

I'm absolutely begginer to use Drupal. I like this CMS, it looks like very good. I've a problem, with multilanguage support!
I found Internationalization module what can help me about this problem, but I read in readme.txt that it works only with 4.5.1 and maybe 4.5.0. I'm using 4.5.2 but I need multilanguage support, so the questions are:
- How can I use this module for the current version of CMS?
- If this module only works with 4.5.1 as well, then is any risck to use older relase like current 4.5.2?

Regards,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,

I encountered the same problem. I downloaded 4.5.2 and installed i18n. It didn't work. I then tried installing i18n cvs, which didn't work either.

I then removed everything and installed the most recent CVS snapshot of them both - and voila - works like a charm, with everything except Events! ;)

Good luck!

Hi Steffen,

I downloaded the cvs versions of cms and module and now it looks like working fine, but I've some little problem with it too... (maybe my installation was not the perfect, but I don't think it... I'm checking it)
My bigest problem is: I need to use correct and stable versions, because the site, what I'm making is need to be very secured!
I consulted with one of the drupal developers and he sad he will make the backport (from current cvs) to 4.5.2

Maybe this is the best way to us!

I reinstalled the standard 4.5.2 cms, and the mysql database for it. After it I reinstalled the i18n 4.5.0 module and now it working fine!!!
I don't understaind it, because earlier it crashed the system...
Now there isn't content on the site, but I'll testing it... I hope now it will be ok!
