#1015060: Indicator appear over the top of admin_menu was fixed in commit 65d0348 on September 22, 2011.
#1496712: PHP warnings during uninstallation was fixed in commit d214c95 on August 2, 2012.

The last release of a 6.x module was May 13th, 2011 so is missing both of these. I'd like to avoid using a clone of trunk if possible. Could we get a new release?

Although I only maintain the 2.x branch (which is not available for D6) I created a release with the latest 6.x-1.x and tagged it 6.x-1.2. See https://drupal.org/node/2162199

Please, report back if anything is broken.
