But when I create a group post, the taxonomy widget shows all the terms of all vocabularies.

mxhTested, works both in 7.x-1.1 and 7.x-1.x-dev from 2013-Apr-11. Make sure OG Context module is enabled and you have the option enabled "Use context if possible" on the field settings form.
