Can Media Flickr post from Drupal TO Flickr?

For web sites where people will post their originals _first_ due to copyright/watermark/licensing terms needs, can this module be used to auto-publish images from the Drupal site TO their Flickr account, along with taxonomy terms?

If not, then this is a feature request...
