I noticed while creating my first Fusion subtheme today that Step 3 of README.txt does not actually instruct the user to upload their newly created subtheme to their site, or which directory to place it in.
I realize that most people can probably figure this out on their own, but I think it may be prudent to add a line to Step #3 about it, just before the "visit your site's admin/appearance" line.

webkenny CreditAttribution: webkenny commentedNot sure it should be part of the steps. I don't know we want to encourage folks to upload a theme and set it as default before testing/theming but I do like where your mind is at so I added a REMINDER to the file just below the steps. :)
I also added information about Fusion Accelerator and removed information about Skinr from our master since Skinr is deprecated in 7.x for Fusion.
Changing the title to reflect these changes.

webkenny CreditAttribution: webkenny commentedI find it helps if I am not a bubblehead and actually am working from the right branch. Resubmitting. And of course now that I'm on the right branch, Fusion Accelerator is there in plain day. Changing the title back.
