We have Drupal 7.14 and have added the insert module with IMCE as the file browser. There is one additional image field on the article content type.

Everything works fine except that if the user picks a file via IMCE and inserts it there is no new field to add the next one.

Note: This does not happen for User 1 and this does not happen if the image is uploaded from the local filesystem using the standard upload button.

Just skimming through old issue tickets. I gave that I try by installing IMCE and IMCE for FileField, but was unable to reproduce. Would need some more precise instructions on how to reproduce the issue.
