Initial stable release for Sky 7.x-3.0

Maintenance release to fix the duplicate node title issue.

Fix missing include for google fonts.

Rolling in the past 4/5 days changes from dev and chasing the updates in Adaptivetheme 7.x-2.0-beta2.

The main change is the way Google fonts are handled and improved CSS for many aspects (beta1 was quite rough with regards to the CSS in Sky).

NOTE: You absolutely must update to either the latest 7.x-2.x-dev or 7.x-2.0-beta2 of Adaptivetheme, or else your site will throw a file not found error.

The 7.x-2.x version of Sky is a now a sub-theme of Adaptivetheme 7.x-2.x and thus inherits all its theme settings including responsive layouts. Additionally I have added Font settings (with Google fonts), and many other settings to allow users to configure and customize the theme from within the theme configuration.

Fix an issue where -webkit-box-shadow was causing performance issues: #541250, removed some coments from views-view.tpl that shouldn't have been there.

Fixed breadcrumb theme setting issue.

Fixed an issue where the minimum font size was too small, and drop-down menus appeared incorrectly when user doesn't visit the theme settings page.

Too many new features to list. This is a HUGE difference from the last version of Sky. Backing up your copy of the theme if modified is highly recommended.

Don't use this... use the 6.x-2.x-dev. It's completely stable.
