I installed Page Title to rid myself of duplicate title page tags on my paginated pages. Putting [current-page:page-number] in the Pager Suffix puts a number on the pages, but it is only the number "1" regardless if the page number is 1, 2, or 3. I am at a loss to explain or fix this issue. I have Clean Pagination enabled so I am unsure if there is a conflict from that. My website is www.bookwormsapple.com. If anyone could help me figure this out, I would appreciate it.

Same issue here using 7x-2.7. Have set "Blog Homepage" to [current-page:page-title] | Page [current-page:page-number] and all pages show "...Page 1" in the title.

This appears to be a conflict that is happening between this module and the "Smart Paging" module. If within the Smart Paging module you select the option "Enable clean URL pagination", it changes your URL's from the format:

http://www.site.com/somepage?page=1

to this format:

http://www.site.com/somepage/page/1/0

As long as the "Enable clean URL pagination" option is disabled in the Smart Paging module, this module works correctly and appends the correct page number to the title. It would be nice to be able to use both modules if anyone out there can figure out a fix.

Same problem here. Works fine with paginated pages that aren't using clean pager. Sure would be great to have a fix for this?

This discussion seems relevant to this issue - https://www.drupal.org/node/224262. #59 fixes for both 'Page Title' and / or 'Metatag' modules.
