Place bid tab is gone when "Collect an end date" is enabled on the "Auction Timeout" field [#1801346]

I don't know what happened but the Place Bid Tab disappeared. Can anyone help?

Not sure what happened but it now is showing up it might be that I saved the commerce auction module again.

The tab does not show up when the date field is used and the end collect date box is checked.
