#1627006: Collect project information for translation update added cache_locale, we need an issue or that one as well. Writing it down here for now so that we don't forget it.

Also, the flood table might be another nice candidate for the expirable keyvalue store? That is currently not swappable and it is a considerable load when you have a site with redirect.module and many redirects because it uses the flood table to avoid endless loops.
