After downloading, installing the module, required modules and libraries, flushing all caches, as soon as I go the settings tab I get the following error (see attached screenshot).

Warning: Parameter 1 to mobile_codes_settings_form() expected to be a reference, value given in drupal_retrieve_form() (line 800 of includes\form.inc).

This is w/ a fresh install of D 7.15 w/ the required modules.

Yes, same problem here, exapt on a wampp server instate off a xampp.
