While using Aloha on a multilanguage site, would be nice, if the tooltip-text would be shown in current language. (f.e. "Insert ordered list")

I took a short look at code, seems that there's already something in to achieve this goal, but I did'nt get it.

Aloha Editor comes with its own translation (i18n) system. It is something that we still need to work on, but it's not a high-priority thing. It's something for post-feature freeze.

Thanks for reporting though! :) This is now the official issue where we track i18n support.
