Hi,
I have a simple customer records system on D7.
Node: Customer Name
Address Field
Comments...
On create node, I want a way to autocomplete the address using google maps.
eg
https://google-developers.appspot.com/maps/documentation/javascript/exam...
so the user types in an address, and google will autocomplete it.
eg 119 wollombi rd, cessnock... this is then added to the address field of the node created.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Thanks
Craig

did you ever solve this?
Hi,
this is quite an old thread, but since I'm also searching for an easy way to implement the Google Locations Autocomplete function, I was wondering if you ever got this running, and if yes: how.
Cheers,
Jens
Hi,
Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that I have developed a module which is an extension to the standard addressfield module. It uses google places autocomplete, which suggests addresses as you type. It is a sandbox project at the moment but I am very keen to create it into a full blown project. If you could please review the project I would be very grateful.

It's a very nice feature
It's a very nice feature which you are working on. I tested the module & I have got one issue. Let me open one issue for it.
